Lady Liberty's Speech

This was written by Tina Weston and was read while Heather & Barrington were walking the ring as Lady Liberty & Uncle Sam. They took first place for their costumes and for Barrington's calm enjoyment of the show.

Hi! Lady Liberty here!

Boy is it nice to get down off of that pedestal. It is great to stretch my legs here in the Keystone State. I have to admit, you have some very peculiar looking animals here. But who am I to talk, just look at Uncle Sam here. Not what I expected. But seriously folks, what a great country! Where else can so many different people have the freedom to come together in harmony. That of course is thanks to our men and women in the armed forces - past, present and future.

Now before my departure, I would like to say, if you are ever in town, stop by for a visit! I'm sure I'll just be standing around!
