Forest Glen Alpacas values our customers and respects your privacy.  The personal information we collect about you is used solely to process your order, send you emails to confirm your order, or to contact you via email or phone concerning your order.  We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties and will not do so under any circumstances. 

Return Policy

Forest Glen Alpacas unconditionally guarantees all merchandise.  If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return it within 30 days for a full refund less shipping and handling charges.  Please include the original or a copy of your invoice and credit card slip.   

Shipping Policy

All products in stock will be shipped within 72 hours via UPS.  Products that have to be ordered, please allow 6 weeks for delivery.  Shipping charges will be calculated based on weight and size of the order, according to UPS rates.
